We want the first round to stay small. A handful of people giving clear notes is more useful to us than opening it too wide too early.
The goal is simple: learn quickly, fix obvious problems, and keep improving the first build.
What we want to learn
We want to know if the town feels interesting, if the progression makes sense, and if the main loop stays clear and satisfying.
